Nach Daniel
President
Nach Daniel
Dr. Nach Daniel is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in 1992 at University of Montreal. He then completed a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology. He then obtained a Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Montreal. From there, Dr. Daniel completed a one-year multidisciplinary residency in Dentistry and then started his specialty degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Laval University which he completed in 2006. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dental Specialists of Canada. He then established his private practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Moncton and then in Fredericton, specializing in Oral Facial Rehabilitation and Dental Implants.
He has completed advanced training in bone grafting and dental implants (including zygomatic implants) both at the Nobel Biocare Institute in Sweden and the ITI Institute in Switzerland. He currently holds medical staff privileges at the Moncton Hospital where he performs orthognathic and reconstructive surgery as well as treatment of maxillofacial trauma.
He is currently the director of the ECOS Continuing Education Centre providing training in Oral Rehabilitation and Dental Implants. His training facility was recently recognized as one of the North American centers for the All-on-Four technique. In the last 10 years, Dr. Daniel has trained numerous dentist and dental specialist from North America on the All-on-Four technique.
Dr. Daniel is also actively involved in clinical research in collaboration with McGill University and has published numerous scientific articles. Dr. Daniel remains quite involved in the Moncton community and loves to spend time with his family.

Andrew Leblanc

Andrew Leblanc

Andrew joined East Coast Dental Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and became CEO in the summer of 2024. Andrew is responsible for providing support for corporate finance, financial modeling, and general strategy for East Coast Dental Group. His responsibilities also include the assessment of organic and acquisition expansion opportunities. Prior to joining East Coast Dental Group, Andrew was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice, focusing on corporate finance and M&A Advisory. Andrew also has previous experience in commercial banking and strategy & operations consulting. Andrew is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick (BBA), St. Mary’s University (MBA) and is also a CPA (NS 2011). Andrew lives in Saint John and outside of work loves spending time with family – Kara, Rosie, and Claire.

Pam Cadman

Pam Cadman

Originally from Port aux Basques, Newfoundland – she graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelors in Commerce, Honors in Economics. She obtained her CPA designation in 2006.
Pam has over 30 years of Accounting experience with the majority of those years in the manufacturing industry. She joined East Coast Dental Group in April 2019 and is looking forward to the challenge of learning more about the dental industry.
She spends time volunteering as Treasurer of the Board of Open Sky, a Non-Profit Cooperative.

Christian Chiasson

Christian Chiasson

Dr. Christian J. Chiasson has been practising dentistry since 2000. In 2004 he established his private practice at the Elmwood Dental Centre in Moncton. Since then, his team has constantly grown and rapidly evolved into a multi-dentist, multi-practice operation. He manages to improve everyone’s career path by finding mutually beneficial ways, while helping to network and build relationships among dentists, dental teams and clinics. He is part of onboarding new dentists and contributes to their integration into the teams. He helps new graduates to find mentors and he allows experienced dentists to transmit their knowledge and thus everyone to develop their full potential.
Dr. Chiasson is experienced in the clinic acquisition process, including due diligence and operational integration for new partnerships. He is well versed in the acquisition process, regulatory matters, risk management, group dynamics and provides guidance in the business
operations.
He attended the Université de Moncton where he earned a diploma in Health Sciences, then he obtained a Doctorate in Dentistry from the University Laval in 2000. Dr. Chiasson is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry and regularly attends numerous courses and study clubs on a wide variety of dental topics and management.
He holds privileges at the Moncton Hospital and Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. He is a member of the Moncton Dental Society, the New Brunswick Dental Society (NBDS) and the Canadian Dental Association. He has sat on the NBDS Discipline Committee and has been for a long time an active member of the NBDS’s Economic Committee. This committee assist dentists with the economic aspects of their practice, by overseeing the development of the suggested dental fee guide, by analyzing survey and collaborating with consultants.

Spencer Burns

Spencer Burns
Dr. Spencer Burns first earned his degree as Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University in 2015, where he was awarded ‘’Summa Cum Laude’’ honors and selected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Prior to this, Dr. Burns graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor in Science (B. Sc).
Dr. Burns is passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and stays current with the latest developments in the dental field by frequently attending dental seminars and continuing education courses. In his free time, Dr. Burns enjoys trying new foods, staying active, and anything to do with sports.
Dr. Burns strives to offer the best-personalized dental treatment to his patients; one of his great qualities is that he goes above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable.
Dr. Burns is a member of the New Brunswick Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.

Julie Cole

Julie Cole

Julie joined East Coast Dental Group as the Chief Operations Officer in August 2022. She brings with her 22+ years of experience in leading operational teams. Her passion is creating a culture where her team feels empowered to do their best every day enabling the best patient care and best employee and associate experience.
Her background is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration. Leveraging her experience, Julie is committed to looking for ways to improve the clinical operations and the group as whole. As the group continues to grow and evolve, Julie will be responsible for ensuring the proper support systems and processes are in place enabling continued high-quality service and care.
In her personal time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, usually at one of their sporting events, their cottage, the outdoors or traveling.

Charity Costello

Charity Costello
As Director of New Partnerships at East Coast Dental Group, Charity brings extensive experience in dental administration and practice management. She began her career as a dental assistant , however after a year in clinical assisting, she transitioned into administrative roles, gaining expertise in reception, hygiene coordination, treatment coordination, and office management.
Throughout her career, Charity has worked with several large group practices in Ontario, developing comprehension of operational efficiency, patient care coordination, and team leadership. Her deep understanding of dental practice operations and her commitment to fostering strong professional relationships make her a key asset in driving partnerships and growth for East Coast Dental Group.
Outside of work, Charity enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as exploring the outdoors with her horse and dog.

Amanda Speight
Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Amanda Speight
Originally from Ottawa, she moved to Calgary in 2001 where she worked in the Automotive and Oil and Gas industries. She was responsible for payroll and benefits administration, implementations, payroll accounting and reporting.
Amanda is a Certified Payroll Practitioner and will work toward obtaining her Payroll Management certification.
In 2017, she decided to move back to the East Coast to be closer to family. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.

He attended the ‘’Université de Moncton’’ for his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and graduated in 2011. He followed that by earning his Master’s degree (MBA) at the ‘’Université de Sherbrooke’’ and ESCEM in Poitiers (France) in International Management in 2012.
J-F has worked with some national and international brands throughout his career. He has a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing in big and small markets. He is responsible for practice development/growth and implementing strategies that will benefit our clinics but also making the patient experience more enjoyable. He is also responsible for organizing all our events company-wide.

Laurie Brenton
Laurie is a Regional Manager at ECDG, bringing over 30 years of unique dental industry education and experience. She began working with Dr. Daniel in 2013 and was part of the initial development and early success of our East Coast Dental Group family.
Her focus is to facilitate specific projects within the group as a team lead and support the development of specific markets as we continue our strategic growth plan for Atlantic Canada. Her diverse experience in leadership roles has proven vital; from the fit up of clinics, acquisitions, operational management, to succession planning. Having lived the day-to-day of working in a dental clinic as a dental assistant, office admin and manager, she gets it!!
Laurie approaches each team and projects true to her core values; act with integrity, respect the opinions of others and create an environment where people can grow and focus on exceptional patient care. She enjoys life in the Maritimes, growing up and living in Nova Scotia with her family.

Brenda Williams

Brenda Williams
With over 34 years in the dental industry, Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her role as Regional Manager for Moncton and surrounding areas. Her journey in dentistry began as a clinical dental assistant, where she spent 11 years providing compassionate, chairside support and gaining a strong clinical foundation.
Brenda’s passion for patient care and operational excellence led her to transition into administrative roles, where she honed her skills in all aspects of practice management. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in reception, hygiene coordination, treatment planning, and office leadership. Her well-rounded background allows her to support practices with a unique understanding of both clinical and administrative workflows.
Brenda is known for her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to helping dental teams thrive. Her dedication to continuous improvement and patient-centered care makes her a valuable asset to the practices she supports.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, doting on her two pugs, and escaping to warmer climates whenever possible.

Shelley Cormier

Shelley works closely with the CAO and accounting team to prepare and review the financial statements for the clinics as well as support for the day-to-day accounting operations.
Shelley has over 36 years of experience in accounting, working in various roles within finance and business administration. She is a graduate of the NBCC Business Technology program specializing in Accounting. She began her career in accounting with Co-op Atlantic in 1985 and worked in various roles within the finance department for the next 18 years. In 2003, she left for the position of Accountant and Office Manager for Stantec Architecture (formerly Architecture 2000 Inc).
Shelley joined East Coast Dental Group in April 2021 and is looking forward to learning about the dental industry and ECDG’s exciting, fast-paced growth within this industry.

Vickie Fisher

Vickie Fisher
Vickie is responsible for financial reporting and accounting support for various holdings of East Coast Dental Group.
Vickie obtained her Accounting diploma from Oulton’s Business College and began her accounting career at the offices of Edward R. Fowler, Chartered Accountants. Working in public and private accounting for many years, she gained valuable experience and a solid knowledge base in all aspects of accounting.
Her first love is accounting, her second is hockey. It was through her association with a Jr. A Hockey team that she met Dr. Daniel. She began working for Dr. Daniel in March 2015 and her adventure in accounting for Dentistry began. She learned a lot about this industry in the first couple years and as the dental network grew, so did the Accounting and Finance Team. Vickie is proud to have been a key member in the formation and structuring of East Coast Dental Group and is excited for the growth opportunities available within ECDG.

Adriana Castro

Adriana Castro

Adriana joined East Coast Dental Group as a member of the Accounting Team in March 2025. She is fascinated by the accounting process, which is what attracted her to the ECDG accounting team. Her accounting career began in Colombia and continues to develop here in Canada.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, Adriana brings over 15 years of accounting experience. She is skilled in analyzing data, streamlining processes, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. Adriana believes in strong team collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, hiking, and scuba diving.

Courtney joined East Coast Dental Group in May 2024 as an Accounts Payable Clerk after earning her degree. With a strong interest in accounting and financial operations, she continues to build her skills while managing accounts payable and supporting the organization’s day-to-day processes. She values the collaborative environment and clear communication across the team and is proud to contribute to the Company’s growth.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, & trying new recipes, and cooking for friends

Allison Bowser

Allison joined East Coast Dental Group in June 2022 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. A graduate of NBCC Moncton, she developed an interest in manual accounting and completed the Accounting and Payroll Administration course before entering the workforce. East Coast Dental Group has allowed her to continue the pursuit of that interest and acquire new skills and firsthand knowledge while managing accounts payable. She particularly enjoys the excellent rapport and ease of communication with her colleagues at every level of the organization, and she is excited to contribute to the growth of East Coast Dental Group.
When not working, Allison appreciates the company of her friends and family, spontaneous road trips across Atlantic Canada, and caring for her garden and houseplants.

Carmen Leger

Carmen Leger
Carmen brings with her over 15 years of administration experience to the table with vast experience in scheduling and correspondence. She attended Oulton College and graduated from the Medical Office Administration program in 1996.
After graduation, she worked as a personal banking officer at RBC Royal Bank from 1996-2009 managing personal banking portfolios. She has since worked in orthodontic and oral surgery offices as an office administrator.
In addition to her duties as Executive Assistant, Carmen also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family.

Anarella Medina

Anarella Medina

Anarella Medina is a former Teacher (B.Ed) originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Canada in 2005. Anarella worked in schools for 20 years teaching English as a Second Language and ventured into the corporate world 8 years ago when she moved with her family to Moncton.
Anarella is very personable and had an opportunity to grow and develop her people skills while performing as a Team Lead, Supervisor and Manager when working for ExxonMobil. She also had a chance to participate in several recruitment processes and to coach her teams in career development and through mentoring programs. She always focuses in using her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard.
Anarella is inspired daily by her husband Alejandro and their two kids. She is a busy mom who spends most of her days in basketball courts or driving kids back and forth to practices, but whenever there is a chance, she likes to go for outdoor family or solo walks and listening to music.
